peaks and picnics - the skirrid hike

it’s easter weekend and this one is for our south wales girlies 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 we will meet in the skirrid car park (you need to make your own way there) and set off on the intense climb to the top! it’s steep and challenging in parts so be prepared, bring water and wear good shoes ⛰️ the whole hike should take roughly two hours and will finish with a picnic where everything is included in your ticket 🫶🏻

the nearest train station is in abergavenny, from here we would suggest prebooking a 10 minute taxi to the skirrid. if you are driving there is a large carpark.
